In just 8 sessions, this class will give you the guidance, structure, and motivation you need to conceive, outline, and write an original pilot script. The focus of the class will be on creating original comedies, however you can blend styles and ultimately write in whichever genre calls to you.
This will be a supportive workshop environment where we will read each other's work and offer feedback. Come prepared to finally write your damn pilot.

About the teacher:
Kevin Pedersen is a writer who has been doing this for over 20 years. He has experience working with both the more traditional media companies and with alternative ways in, including Kickstarter and YouTube. He has written shows for MTV, PBS, GlobalTV, Discovery Family, Disney XD, ABC, and Canal+, among others. Most recently, a series he helped develop premiered this fall on Cartoonito in Italy, and on the BBC.
