Not Acting. Not Showing. But LIVING and BEING!
In this 8-week after school theater program, students will learn the art of acting in a fun, supportive, collaborative environment. With endless options of kids acting classes in LA, there’s a real disconnect with what acting is and what truth really looks and feels like. This class teaches children to be authentic and subtle and STILL BE THEMSELVES.
The class teaches truth in storytelling, by exploring scene work, emotion and play. What kind of stories are kids wanting to tell? Let’s discover together as we create scenes to be performed at the end of the eight weeks.
Ages: 9-14
Dates: Tuesdays, January 13 - March 3
Time: 4:00 - 5:30 PM
